Dear Shuttle Direct! After booking my transfer I was standing on the airport waiting for someone to come. Noone came. As far as I know you asked my phone number for this reason... I think at least someone should have called me, if I already payed for you service.. I was lucky that I could call a friend. Plus: I think you can imagine the moment when I saw your email address "blackhole" on my printed paper..:D
