Introduced himself and kept me informed that he would be there in minutes, which he was with a big welcoming smile. A very courteous gent who gave information about the area, hotel etc en route to my chosen hotel. My return driver was very nice too (sorry can’t remember his name)

And on the return we had a call in advance and so knew the exact time and location for our drive back. And was in a Merc :-)
