    Never used a shuttle service before. Found them very easy to book, easy to find at Palma airport and we were dropped off in very good time outside our accommodation.
    Pick up was at the time I was told with no issues at all.
    All in all a very good service which I would use again and recommend.

    I was really pleased with using shuttle direct. The drivers were very punctual, reliable and respectful. They helped us with our luggage and took all the stress out of travelling. Both drivers who picked us up at the airport upon arrival and the hotel upon departure contacted me on what’s app to let me know they had arrived which was nice so I didn’t have to worry about them not turning up.

    Die Fahrer waren sowohl auf dem Hinweg als auch auf dem Rückweg sehr pünktlich, sogar einmal zu früh. Da wurden wir dann telefonisch informiert.

    Die Fahrer waren beide sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns sicher und gut aufgehobene ich würde wieder buchen! Danke!

    Waited 45 minutes for us as we were slightly late. Promopt, quiet and clean shuttle bus, took us straight to door of hotel out of hours for reasonable price! Great!
