He didn’t have the hotel details , so I showed him the booking on my phone, and he was very grateful and knew exactly where it was.
The pick up was very efficient also and arrived on time.
There was plenty of room for 5 of us plus our luggage.
I would use Shuttle Direct again as they’re reasonably priced also
