The RyanAir flight from Stansted was delayed by 40 mins but the driver was still at arrivals, waiting for us, with a clear sign, with my name on it. We were escorted round to the bus park to be transferred on a luxury minibus. The walk from the airport was around 5 to 6 minutes, so may not suit anyone with mobility issues, especially as you need to carry/pull your own cases and luggage. Would definitely use again.

They are always ready waiting for me at the airport & always arrive for pick ups at the hotel on time. The drivers are very courteous & help with my luggage & the vehicle, usually a minibus, is very clean. Having taken my bike on several occasions, & for those of you who need this transportation for sports events or training on the island, I know they can cope with taking bicycle cases too.
