B from FranceNous avions changé notre point de pick up retour et cela a occasionné un soucis le chauffeur n’était pas à la bonne adresse , j’ai appelé le centre d’aide avec mon mauvais anglais et j’ai eu la chance de tomber sur des interlocuteur qui ont parlé lentement en anglais pour que je comprenne et ne panique pas, et mon renvoyé un chauffeur dans les 10mn qui suivait ! Je n’ai rien à redire si c’est n’est un service irréprochable et professionnel vraiment merci !

When return to the airport the bus was late, I called customer service, he was very helpful and kindly ensured me the bus was on its way, just 10 minutes late. Eventually we arrived at the airport almost in time, I was satisfied, not very cheap, but still much cheaper than a taxi.

When shuttle direct couldn’t contact me at the resort to confirm the pick up because my phone was switched off, they called the hotel and a note was left for me instead. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use them again.
