There was a break down of communication between shuttle direct and the agents at BenGurion airport. Due to language differences I was unable to understand the actual problem except they were unaware of the arrangement. However, within 10 minutes a driver was available who was perfectly appropriate for our journey

Driver was not waiting where your instructions told us to wait. I had to go and find him with only minutes to spare before he would have left.
