One of their drivers spotted my voucher, checked it and then phoned to see where my own driver was even though he was not expected yet. I would certainly use them again

A lot of these services require at least 24hours notice but I only booked the night before and had absolutely no problems whatsoever, easy website to navigate and email confirmation received almost immediately after booking. Booked taxi for 5.20pm. Received text from driver on the morning to confirm he'd collect us at 5.10pm. He arrived a few mins ahead of schedule and had us at the airport well ahead of time. Highly recommend

The vehicles are in good condition and the drivers are courteous and punctual. However, one negative aspect is on both occasions the drivers drove a little too fast for my liking, but had I been more concerned I would have asked them to slow down.

Comfortable transfer for our party of six in air conditioned minibus which, whilst safe, also made good time. Return journey was in an even bigger vehicle and was most enjoyable. The vehicles were clean and the drivers well presented and polite. I would recommend Shuttle Direct
