Mr P from United KingdomIn the short time it took for me to take one of my grandchildren to the toilet your driver who should have been taking us from Portals Nous to Palma Airport this morning (Thursday May 28th) came into hotel reception turned straight round and left (receptionist told us so!) We had to ask reception to call a taxi to avoid missing our flight. Cost 35 Euros. Impolite unfeeling staff - rubbish service! Will tell all my friends of this experience
