We received email confirmation beforehand with exact instructions for our pick up and drop off points which was very reassuring and a friendly representative was waiting at Málaga airport on our arrival (even though our flight had been delayed by almost an hour) with my name clearly displayed who directed us to our shuttle bus.
Our return shuttle arrived 10 minutes early at the pick up point, we were the only passengers! Vehicles were immaculately clean and the drivers were polite and helpful with our luggage.
We will definitely use your service again for our next trip!
