Shuttle bus from airport was easy to find and very comfortable. Instructions on travel voucher very clear. Details of transfer back to airport were text two days before departure and were very clear. Shuttle bus arrived within the allotted time slot. Couldn't fault the service or price.

Ms S from United KingdomA little confusing as the amount quoted on the screen was in £ sterling but the confirmation email quoted charges would be in Euro's. I panicked as I thought I would get charges for non-sterling transaction on my credit card. On phoning the helpline I was told It would be charged in £ sterling - they had to show the Euro rate by law. Should be a bit clearer. Apart from that it was a good website.
Very efficient - driver turned up at time specified and was very polite and helpful (my companion was disabled). We arrived in good time at the airport - so was very stress free. Thank you.
