Was able to have someone to translate as our Spanish was not good, to where we would be dropping us off for our hotel as it was not possible to drop us outside.

My only negative is the amount of time spent on the old town both getting to and leaving Benidorm which is easily fixed and that is to have 2 buses 1 to and from old town and the other to and from the new town. The amount of people I hear complaining about this is unreal and how they would rather get the Benidorm bus or a taxi must be a huge loss in revenue and this simple change would make you a market leader who I think everyone would book with. Thanks Andy Harvey

He then pointed myself and a few others to a driver who escorted us to a people carrier type vehicle who took us to Benidorm. Pick up the way back was also easy, via a coach at hotel.
