Mr B from United Kingdomon arrival at airport shuttle was due at terminal 1 and i expected to land and get an airport bus to terminal 1 from terminal 2 where i landed
when i came through arrivals door i was greeted in terminal 2 by the shuttle staff with my name on an ipad
i felt i had won the lottery because it was 23:30 and your tired and to be greeted
when you epect to jump terminals is just the best feeling
the staff that greeted me were excellent, the transfer driver excellent, cannot fault them
the return journey on time and faultless... so i would recommend shuttle direct on my experience

Hr. T from DenmarkVi var en familie gruppe på 18 personer og havde bestilt en minibus. Fra lufthavnen blev vi hentet af en hel bus, så der var rigelig med plads til os alle. Chaufføren kunne desværre ikke engelsk og stod heller ikke inde i lufthavns terminalen med et skilt med mit navn på. Så det var en udfordring at finde frem til chaufføren og bussen. Det positive var, at han var villig til at køre os til et andet destinationssted, som lå ca. et par minutter fra den tidligere aftalte destination.

The cost was very good value for money too, when compared with a taxi.
Only small complaint I would have is that, when arriving in Barcelona, it was a long walk from the arrival terminal to where the coach was parked.
But generally very good service and polite staff.
