We were on the road within 5 minutes. Our driver was very helpful with cases and very polite . On our return our driver was 5 minutes early. I 100% recommend Shuttle direct and their drivers.

He were smiling and polite. The drive to the airport was comfortable and nice. The only thing I missed, was the possibility to loan carseats for the children. We brought our own.

Found the desk easily an the english lady was very helpful, waited on coach 20 mins, only 1 other couple on there, air con, comfortable
Had originally marked down the stop in Albir ( which they ask you for when booking ) but realised later we needed to stop near the tram station for Altier so asked driver before departure could he stop there, wasnt a problem for him, very polite, would deffo use this firm again
