Shuttle Direct monitors arrival times, so your driver will know to wait for you if your flight is delayed. If you have delays clearing immigration or collecting your luggage, call your driver or our customer service line with the telephone numbers given on the email confirmation you received upon booking.
In the event of delays, for private hire transfers, your vehicle can be kept waiting for three hours. After three hours an additional fee applies to keep the vehicle waiting.
For shared ride, shuttle, and public transport transfers, you will be offered transport on the next available service in the event of a delay.
