If you’ve lost your luggage at the airport, the airline you were flying with will forward it to your resort address. This usually takes a couple of days, depending on the specifics of the situation. If you’ve accidentally left your baggage in one of our transport vehicles, we can send it to your address in return for an additional charge. However, the chances of this happening are very small since your driver will usually remind you to take all your belongings with you.
