Méribel

Overview of Méribel

Sticking to a more traditional chalet-style which many ski enthusiasts will appreciate, Méribel is a modern resort split into a few separate villages. It sits in the heart of Les Trois Vallees and is known for being an intermediates heaven.

There is a winding road heading to the top of the main village plus a network of lifts, which makes accessing the different quarters easy. This even includes the satellite resort of Méribel-Mottaret, which is around two miles up the valley.

Built on a steep slope, this is generally regarded as a higher and less lively outpost but a resort with top-notch skiing.
