If there are flight delays, diversions, missed connections and your transport originates from the airport, our waiting policy is:
Private hire with driver: Flight delays of up to 3 hours are included within the original booking. If the delay is longer, you have to contact the Supplier to ask that the vehicle be kept waiting. An additional fee is payable in advance of the transport service.
Shuttle or Shared ride: You will be offered transport on the next available shared service.
If there is a flight diversion, the airline will transport you to your scheduled airport, where the above delay policy applies.
