Normally, our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed for you to arrive. If you haven’t, they will enquire with the airline, customs, and immigration to try to locate you. If they can’t find any information and you still haven’t met with them, they will leave the airport.
However, if you are delayed due to customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, you should call your driver to ensure he or she knows to wait for you. Use the number on your booking voucher.
Lastly, if you foresee you will take less or more time to reach your airport transfer vehicle, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the appropriate adjustments.
