How Do I Cancel My Booking?

Cancelling your booking is simple with Shuttle Direct. Simply log in to the “My Booking” section, press cancel and we will proceed to cancel your booking in the next two working days.

You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation request and, once the cancellation has been processed, you will receive a second email confirmation.

If you want to cancel your airport transfer booking less than 48 hours prior to the first booked service, please call our Customer Care instead at 0870 735 0369.
