We aim to get all our passengers to the airport between 2 and 2½ hours prior to their flight’s departure, as most airlines open their check-in desks 2 hours prior to flight take off. Nevertheless, we still ask that you make sure the date, time and location on your voucher or subsequent emails allows you to be at the airport at least 10 minutes before the checked desk open
