“Do Your Airport Transfers Cater for Baby Seats?”

Is there a little traveller in your party? Not to worry! We recommend you make your booking request as far in advance as you can, so we can inform you which vehicles can offer baby seats on transfers to your required destination. Make sure you go for the ‘private transfer’ option, where you’ll be asked to indicate if you’re travelling with minors and whether you need a baby seat. Palais de l’Ille: Not to be Missed in Annecy

How Long Will Our Driver Wait For Us to Clear Customs?

Normally, our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed for you to arrive. If you haven’t, they will enquire with the airline, customs, and immigration to try to locate you. If they can’t find any information and you still haven’t met with them, they will leave the airport. However, if you are delayed due to customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, you should call your driver to ensure he or she knows to wait for you. Use the number on your booking voucher. Lastly, if you foresee you will take less or more time
