Don’t worry if you can’t find your email confirmation – you can always access your booking details and voucher by logging in to ‘My Booking.’
If you never received a confirmation email, there may have been a technical or typing error in the email system or address. Remember that as long as you received a reference number on-screen while booking, your transfer is confirmed, with or without email!
