Our team at Shuttle Direct has welcomed disabled travellers for many years, providing help and assistance where possible.
If your destination provides the option to bring a wheelchair, this option will be shown in the “Optional Extras” on step number 3 of the booking process as “Foldable wheelchair , not electric”. Keep in mind that you will have to book a private transfer in order to be able to have access to the optional extras.
Also, electric or motorised wheelchairs or scooters have to be declared as baggage.
Although we will do everything we can to serve the needs of our disabled passengers, a certain level of mobility will be required in order for our clients to get in and out of the vehicle. In case a member of your party is deprived of any form of mobility at all, contact us well in advance of your trip to reserve a specially adapted vehicle.
