For some teens, there’s no worse punishment imaginable than being forced to spend a whole week (or worse, two!) with their family at some boring holiday resort. But while you may not be as cool as their friends, and while you may still be in the dark about what a ‘Snapchat’ is, there’s are ways to ensure everyone, teens included, enjoys the holiday. Next time you’re planning a family getaway, consider Alcúdia, Mallorca. From waterslides to zip lines, Alcúdia has enough to entertain even the most reticent adolescent!

How to Get to Alcúdia
Alcúdia is served by Palma de Mallorca airport on the southwest coast of the island. With a popular destination like Mallorca, you’ll have no trouble finding plenty of nonstop flights from London with budget airlines like Ryanair or easyJet. Total flight time is two and a half hours.
Once you’ve touched down in Palma, you’ll need to make your way to Alcúdia in the north of the island. Rather than navigate the congestion of Mallorca’s capital on your own, book a private transfer to take you from Palma airport to Alcúdia. In just 45 minutes, you can be gazing out at the clear waters of Alcúdia Bay.
